Data Deletion

You can delete your data yourself at any time. Deleting data on CreatorsMetrics never deletes or changes your YouTube, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok accounts.

1. Disconnect one social account

  1. Sign in and open Connected accounts.
  2. Choose Disconnect on the account and decide whether to also delete the data imported from it.

We revoke the access token with the provider where supported, delete the stored tokens, and stop synchronization (queued sync jobs are cancelled). If you chose deletion, imported analytics, historical snapshots, content records and related audits for that account are removed; for TikTok this also erases the stored TikTok identifier, display name and avatar link. If you keep the data, it stays in your workspace until you delete it; for TikTok it is deleted automatically 90 days after you disconnect (or 90 days after the last successful synchronization if TikTok authorization expired and you did not reconnect). You can also remove our access directly in your Google account permissions or, for TikTok, in the app permissions section of your TikTok account settings. If you remove access on the provider’s side, our access ends, but data already imported stays in your workspace until you delete it here.

2. Delete your whole CreatorsMetrics account

  1. Open Settings → Privacy & data. You can export your data first.
  2. Request deletion. We email a confirmation link to your verified address.
  3. After you confirm, we disconnect and revoke all connected accounts, delete your workspace data (analytics history, content records, audits, reports, tasks, AI history and saved items), cancel an active subscription, end all sessions and delete your user account.

What we may keep: invoices and payment records that German commercial and tax law requires us to retain (generally 8 to 10 years); they are restricted to that purpose. Short-lived technical logs expire automatically (see the Privacy Policy, section 10).

3. You cannot sign in or you prefer email

Write from the email address of the account to contact@creatorsmetrics.com with the subject “Delete my data”. We may ask you to verify ownership and will complete the request within one month (usually much sooner).

4. Data collected without an account

Free AI tool inputs used without an account are deleted automatically after 30 days. Free calculators send nothing to us. To request earlier deletion of data tied to your IP address or an email you sent us, contact us as above.
